About Commanding

Paul Graham talked about founders of successful startups becoming much more commanding, I don’t know if this is the correct path for me, but definitely a direction I can try.

Commanding is to employees, because startups are a group of people willing to learn, and the founders need to learn through commanding, otherwise one organization can’t efficiently follow the goal built by the founders.

Commanding is not to friends and strangers, this is because commanding is not a kind action to them, some people enjoy a life command everyone else, that’s weird to me, stop a mindset like that is what I need to avoid.

Even commanding employees, all commands should be delivered to the right employees, the employees without self-motivation, not goal-oriented should not be commanded at all, maybe a temporary command is acceptable but working with the right person is another lesson to all founders.
