When you watch a long class video(a standard MIT OpenCourseWare would last 60 minutes for every video and 20 videos for each class), time would slip away if you can’t concentrate on it, if you want to roughly create a concept about a class in one day, then you have to continuously watch hours
- 1.5–1.75 speed. Densify is a good method to increase concentration, also a shorter video can save a lot of time
- Throw your phone. Make sure you and your phone won’t interrupt each other, lock your phone if you have to
- Cross-legged sitting. Make sure you can’t easily move, also this would be good for health
- A clock will ring after 60 minutes. So you will know the time and you can keep the pace
- A checklist. Water, coffee, tea, power snack, go to the restroom in advance, etc.
