  1. How much do you know about our business and how do you think about it?
  2. What is the most difficult thing in your life? And what is the second?

Next questions:

  1. How do you think about yourself, what kind of ppl you think you are?
  2. What do you think about your career, do you like it?
  3. What serious problems are you solving recently?
  4. What is your personal taste of leaders and subordinates?
  5. Can you define some concepts like “learning”, “logic” and “values” and discuss about it

Critical questions:

  1. What is your motivation for your high-standard long-term goal, and how to keep it?
  2. What most distinguishing tools and methods you eager to share with others?
  3. What important truth do very few people agree with you on? Why? (from Peter Thiel)
  4. If you were in my role, what would you focus on? (from Sheryl Sandberg)

Position questions:

  1. Three challengers in the position you encounter in your career before, and discuss about them one by one
