How to Energy Myself?

  1. A cup of coffee. Most time it is helpful, especial with a cup of really good coffee
  2. Music. Some music is really close to your emotional points, you can always rely on them
  3. Create a problem. Do a phone call, talk about something, promise it, then a problem come
  4. Do some deep rests. Meditations, baths, massages, walking, cinema or opera, until something suddenly simulate you
