How to Energy Myself?

When I practice self-driven, sometimes it is really hard for me when there is no pushing(even pulling) from outside, at that specific time, there are no requests(pushing), no todos(pushing), no worries(pulling), no desires(pulling), all my feeling is really down. I think the problem is I don’t have the original energy to ignite the interesting point, then further boost my mind to relate to something with purpose

So I needed this original energy when I was down, and what can I do?

  1. A cup of coffee. Most time it is helpful, especial with a cup of really good coffee
  2. Music. Some music is really close to your emotional points, you can always rely on them
  3. Create a problem. Do a phone call, talk about something, promise it, then a problem come
  4. Do some deep rests. Meditations, baths, massages, walking, cinema or opera, until something suddenly simulate you

Another way is you can make a plan to framework yourself(a daily task), so you always have some tasks to finish, and these tasks are designed in advance, I am slowly improving my framework, I call it “Ideas Proven”, the goal is to prove one idea every day, it makes me so busy and I am pretty happy about it
