How to Fall Asleep

Most people got a sleep problem would know it’s not easy to fall asleep, and it turns worse if the sleepless night affects the activity in the daytime, this vicious circle will draw you down, here are some methods I used for many years and helped me a lot for my sleeping

  1. Listening task, broadcasts. When I am learning English, I use English listening to help me fall asleep, it is very easy to fall asleep when I try my best to understand the meaning of every sentence
  2. Think about a difficult problem. To understand Bell’s theorem, I sleep so well for several months, and focusing on science problems can avoid emotional activity, which maybe would wake you up
  3. Thinking in a new language. I am learning English, so I just need to think about everything in English, fall asleep is so easy for me, because this thinking would use a lot of energy, you tired, you sleep
  4. Vocabulary task, listening model. I put a vocabulary task in Anki, it read a word and I guess the meaning, then Anki read the meaning so I confirm if my guess is right, I do the whole process without opening my eyes, so very easy to be tired and fall asleep

Summary: Learn something new, and you will have a good sleep, the best deal in the world :)
