Sleeping is important to health, and so many people got the problem falling asleep, so here is a method that helped me a lot, making me sleep well everyday
To use this method, you must learn something new (English as an example)
Tools: Anki(With Awesome TTS add-ons), ChatGPT, Azure API
- English listening tasks. The best way for me is Podcasts, I subscribed to more than 100 English podcasts and listened to them when I was practicing English listening
- “Listen and guess the meaning” vocabulary tasks. Collect English words in your daily life, convert them into Anki by OpenAI API and Awesome TTS add-ons, after that, you can lie on your bed, use Anki in a dark room to do the “Listen and guess the meaning” vocabulary tasks then slowly falling asleep
- “Listen and recall a list” vocabulary tasks. The method is similar to the previous one, but in this task, you can listen to a hint and recall a list, such as “The 8 known planets of the Solar System”, “Periodic Table below 18”, “All the countries in Europe”, “10 Irish bands you like”
Boring things are everywhere when you are learning something new(Math, Genetic Science), so using it to help you sleep is worth trying
