The Future Of Condos

Condos vs houses is an interesting competition, I have lived in several different condos in the last 5 years, and here is what I think the future of condos

1. Inner delivery system. There are more and more deliveries now, packages, food and drinks, 5-gallon bottled waters, an inner delivery system like the carousel in airports is necessary
2. Smart Unit. Smart doorbells, smart lights, smart curtains are the beginning of IoT, and a smarter and smarter unit is the future
3. Support Starlink. Right now only the house can support Starlink, this is definitely a disadvantage for the future of condos
4. A good room for the helper. Just like a guest room
5. A side door for the helper. Just like a guest
6. Good restroom. A heated bathtub and a rain shower head
7. A heated swimming pool
