Actions are all kinds of verbs, thinking, keeping, learning, working etc
There are several dimensions for understanding the methods for all actions:
- Prepare enough energy. How To Manage The Energy
- Get help from other people if not have enough energy. Talk to other people about what you are willing to act, public it on the social medium, write it down to your future self etc.
- Punish yourself if an action doesn’t work out. Try a method called one-minute meditation(count the breath ten times), and if this punishment doesn't work out as well, try a 20 minutes meditation or one deep reflection
- Reflection on the action. Adjust the difficulty, tools and methods, goals if it is necessary
